About
You’d be working with me.
AI in most businesses goes the same way. Somebody clever builds one thing, hands it over, and moves on. A year later it’s behind what’s possible and worth less than it cost. The technology didn’t fail. Keeping it current was never anyone’s job.
I’m Wayne Morin, and I started Morynt in Toronto to make it mine.
I spent years on the phones at SPS Commerce, a publicly traded company, and by the end the floor ran on prospecting tools I built: the targeting, the sequences, the call scripts. Now I build the ones your business runs on.
Years on the phone taught me that what an owner asks for at the start of a conversation is rarely what the business needs most. The real problem tends to surface once someone has taken the time to understand how the work actually gets done, and getting there usually takes more than one conversation. I handle both the diagnosis and the build: I spend time inside your operation, we decide what is worth building, and I build it. You end up with a working system rather than a document recommending one.
If you want to see how that looks in practice, the assistant in the corner of this page is there for that purpose. You are welcome to ask it about pricing or how an engagement typically runs, and it will give you a straight answer on whether Morynt is a good fit, including when it isn’t. Where it lacks the information to answer well, it will say so rather than improvise, which is how I think a business tool should behave.
Morynt is a one-person practice, and for this kind of work that is the right size. The person who maps your systems at the start is the same person who maintains them, which means you never have to explain your business a second time to someone who wasn’t there for the first conversation. If something stops working, you contact me directly and I take care of it.
Where I work
Who I work with
I work with small and mid-size businesses in Toronto & the GTA, roughly 5 to 200 staff. I haven’t narrowed to one industry yet.
What matters more than your industry is whether there’s enough repeated work moving between enough systems to be worth automating properly.
Not sure? Email me and describe your setup.
