The Systems Map · Toronto & the GTA

AI moves every six months. Most businesses buy it once.

You don’t have time to keep up with AI. The version you bought is the old one before the invoice clears. I keep up for a living, and what I build for you keeps up with me. A year on, yours is still current and your competitors are running last year’s version.

I build the first thing. Then I stay.

It starts with a Systems Map: one week of looking, then a fixed price.

The problem

You know AI matters. That isn’t the hard part.

01

Built once, never touched

Someone clever built you something last year. Nobody has opened it since and you're not certain it still works.

02

Shadow AI

Your team pastes the same things into a chatbot all day. None of it ever becomes part of how the business actually runs.

03

Four tools, no wiring

You're paying for several things that each do a piece of it, and not one of them talks to the others.

04

Opinions, no numbers

Everyone has a view on what you should automate. Nobody will tell you what it's worth.

05

One person holds it

Exactly one person understands how it fits together, and they're off next week.

06

You hear it last

Something better shipped two months ago and you found out from a competitor.

None of that is a technology problem. It’s that nobody is looking after it, and this stuff goes stale faster than anything else you own.

What changes

The same work, drawn twice.

Left is how work moves through most businesses. Right is what it looks like after.

If you want one thing built once, don’t hire me.

Plenty of people will build you an AI tool for a few thousand dollars and hand it over. Some of them are good. If you know exactly what you want, it’s one job, and you have someone in-house who’ll own it afterwards, go and do that. Ask me and I’ll tell you who to call and roughly what it should cost.

What I sell is different, and it costs more. Not because the build is harder, but because the build is the short part. Six months after anything goes live the model underneath it has changed, the tool you wrapped has shipped a feature that does half of it natively, and the way your business works has moved on too.

And it fails quietly. Nothing errors. It just gradually stops being worth what you paid, and because it never breaks loudly, nobody raises it.

Who you’d be working with

Morynt

I’m Wayne Morin.

Morynt is me. There is no team, no account manager and no offshore contractor. When you book a call, I answer it. When something breaks at five on a Friday, I’m the one who picks up.

Morynt is new. I won't show you a wall of logos I don't have, or a number from a client I haven't worked with. What I will show you is exactly how I work, day by day, and exactly what you'd be buying. It's all on this site, in full, before you speak to me.
